There are carefully design kids menus that ensure your little ones are getting all the stuff to keep them healthy and full of beans! Visit our family breaks page to review our family facilities!

The beauty of our Dublin Hotels is that they are located close to many of Dublin's top family attractions.

Dublin Zoo=Good Times!

Most of you will have heard about Kelli the penguin being 'penguin-knapped' from Dublin Zoo last week. For those of you who haven't....yes a penguin was taken from Dublin Zoo last week but she was found and returned unharmed.

Now that the school holidays are well underway, a trip to Dublin Zoo has to be on the list of things to do this summer.

At the end of May, Dublin Zoo launched a new Family Farm. This is a lot more interactive than before and there are more farm animals to see.

Dublin Zoo is not just for kids but a great day out for all ages. If you are living outside of Dublin and want to take a trip to the zoo and need a hotel near Dublin Zoo, why not avail of Bewley's Hotels 'Staycation' package?
This package includes accommodation for 2 adults and up to 2 children under 12 & Family Entrance to Dublin Zoo from €99.

This is an excellent special offer in our Dublin Hotels; Newlands Cross, Leopardstown, Dublin Airport and Ballsbridge. Please note a €30 supplement applies in Bewley's Hotel Ballsbridge.

Electric Picnic 2010

Have you seen the line up for Electric Picnic? It's brilliant, Massive Attack, Imelda May, Mumford and Sons, Roxy Music, The Frames and Leftfield. It is a seriously good line up and is shaping up to be one of the best festivals in Ireland this year.

I've never been to Electric Picnic but i will be there this year. One thing i noticed on their website is that they have an excellent line up for children, there is a huge family focus on the event with creative activities for kids including kids yoga! Please note that Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Electric Picnic kicks off on the 3rd of September and finishes on the 5th so there is a full weekend of events. If camping is not for you and you would rather stay in a hotel for Electric Picnic then Bewley's Hotel Newlands Cross is a great choice. It is en route to Stradbally. Bewley's Hotel Newlands Cross is on the N7 so it is a short journey along the M7 to reach Electric Picnic's location.
For groups staying in the hotel for Electric Picnic, transport can be arranged upon request with Executive Express. They will bring you to and from the venue for a fee.

Rooms are from €69 so this is a great deal for hotels near Electric Picnic. Bewley's Hotel Newlands Cross also has fantastic family facilities so if you and your family decide to avail of the childrens activities at Electric Picnic then this hotel will work well with your travel plans.
